Pray For These People:

Father, we pray for the ladies at the Murrieta Women’s Retreat during and after this weekend. Bless the speakers, the workers, the musicians and especially, bless and bring comfort to the 87-widows who have attended. Lead them toward a future that contains Your peace. In Jesus Name. Amen.

And Lord, we especially ask for the surviving spouses of pastors, including those on this widow’s weekend. They lost their husbands, pastors, the fathers of their children, their offices in the church, the parsonages and often they had to leave the very churches they called “home.” Keep a special watch over these ladies, nurture them, and reveal Yourself to them as the true Husband of us all. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, we continue to pray for Pastor Carl that You will restore him after his stroke. Give this musician-pastor back the use of his hand and enable him to walk once more. And dear God, his wife Gloria and his daughter Jennifer are exhausted from this new and strange role as Carl’s care-giver. Give them rest and help them all through this very difficult time. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, we ask for the upcoming Walk To Emmaus Team Meetings and the Weekend itself. Watch over and lead the team members, and bring just the right people to the latest of these amazing weekends that bring healing to the hearts of so many. Bless this time and these people. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, we continue to pray for Pastor Ron’s beloved grandchildren, Christo and Blake, who each have muscular dystrophy. Find a cure for them and others like them, bring healing to their torn muscles, and give strength to them. Heal them, heal them, and comfort their parents, Chris and Tricia. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, a family has lost their daughter. She has gone to be with You and we pray that You will comfort them and bring them through this terrible loss. Give them the peace of God. Lead them to Jesus and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, we pray for Friday Study Ministry. Thank You for bringing thousands to this church every day and that some of them write that they have come to the Lord through this First Church On The Net. If it is Your will, turn those thousands into millions and let us continue to reach the world for Jesus Christ. In His Name. Amen.

Dear God, we pray for Aunt Ermaline (“Emily”) who is in her 80’s and needs to be in some kind of facility where she can get assistance, but she refuses and continues to live on her own. She forgets to eat and won’t go to a doctor. A short time ago she accepted Jesus and we pray that she will grow in the Lord. Enable Aunt Emily to now reach out and take, not only Your Hand, but also the hands of those in her family who want to help her, including her nephew, Pastor Ron. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, Jenni and Tom are suffering after the loss of their mom-and-pop business after more than a quarter century. Thank You that Tom now has a job. Cause Jenni to get out of the unsatisfying temporary job she now has and get the training that will enable her to pass the state exam and go into a new and satisfying career. Help them. Give them peace. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, Don’s brother, Mark, has had his fifth brain surgery and is in a convalescent facility. Heal this man and prevent the need for any more surgeries. In Jesus Name. Restore him. Amen.

Lord, we pray for Mike, who is in Afghanistan. He’s had multiple tours now and it has changed this Christian man. Reveal Yourself to him anew. Fill his heart and life with Your Holy Spirit. Protect him and his men. Bring him safely back to his family. Give him peace. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, Marilyn has had so many medical problems it is difficult to name them. And so we just ask that You will have mercy upon her and give her the peace and healing of God. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, Kathy is doing better after her surgery. We pray she will be completely restored and healed. Ease any pain she is having and grant her peace. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, thank You that Sandy is finally home from her hospitalization and her pain has lessened. They never did find out what it was all about, but You know, Lord, and You are bringing healing to her. Heal her completely and let her return to a life of Your blessings. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Dear God, we pray that Your will help Trina and Jose and Randy and Sandy financially. Provide all that they need and keep them close to You. Bless them. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, we continue to pray for Marsha and her family in the sudden loss of her daughter, Courtney, in Nov., 2010. They are devastated by this loss. Grant them Your peace. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Dear Lord, Courtney's father, who is remarried, had been essentially out of Courtney's life for the last 10-years. This Dad does not know the Lord and is devastated. Please use these circumstances to bring him to the Lord. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, Randy’s aging Mom and Dad have had severe colds for the past week. Heal them. Ease their symptoms and bring them comfort and peace. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, Chris and Tricia are moving to a new home and we pray that You will bless this move and bless their new home. Let this move be right for them and their boys. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, we ask sobriety for Jeff. Let Your Holy Spirit be more than enough for him, to the extent that he will not want substances of this world. Deliver Jeff. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, we ask for Ruth. Grant her Your peace. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, 18-year Victoria is about to launch out away from her family. Protect her, please. Whatever she does, keep her safe and keep her close to You. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, Bob fell and hit his head, which may have been as the result of a stroke. Please heal and restore Bob. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, Katy in the U.K. has received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Please fill her with Your Word, with the Holy Spirit and with all good things that come from God. Protect her and give her peace. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, a contract has been signed and Pastor Ron’s book is now with a publisher. We ask for Your blessing on this publication. Let it be discovered and read by many people. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, we join Patty in her prayer that her husband will desire to honor God in his giving and that he will tithe from the Christmas gift of Patty’s uncle. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, Sister Dollinah in Kenya has asked for Ekegusii Bibles for her church. Please provide them for these people. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, we ask for Kumar’s brother, Daniel, who was in an accident, hit by a motorcyclist. Please restore and heal Daniel. Comfort all concerned, including their mother. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, Geri is attempting to understand Scripture. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit and open Your Word to her, that she may understand. Bless her. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, Pastor Michael and Pastor Ishrat are holding a Women’s Conference in Pakistan. Please bless and protect them. Keep them in holiness and in Your Will. Bless the women involved and protect them as well. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Father, we pray for James, who has liver cancer & his wife, Virgie, who had two breast cancer surgeries, followed by a heart attack. Thank You, God, that both of them are now doing better than they were. Please heal & strengthen these precious people who love You & grant them Your peace. Provide all they need, comfort James & Virgie & their loved ones. May their faith bring glory to You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for Benard & his wife who need funds for his wife’s medical bill. We pray for her continued healing and that You will provide all that they need. They trust in You, please comfort and encourage these ministers of your gospel in Kenya. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we pray for Diane’s grandson & his two young children who are in crisis again. The children’s mother died a few yrs ago and Dad remarried. But the new wife has gotten into drugs & charged with child endangerment while Dad has been deployed.  Please protect & provide for them and give their Dad the wisdom & encouragement to do what is right for his children. Comfort them & Diane as she trusts You for the protection of her great-grandchildren from a distance. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Almighty God, we pray for Carrie, a believer, whose husband of 16 yrs has left her and their two young teenage girls for another relationship. He has filed for divorce and has not provided support for them. We pray that Carrie will find favor with the courts, will get custody of the girls and that Dad will pay for their support. Comfort, guide and protect these broken-hearted people. Bring the Dad to repentance and restoration with You and his family. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we pray for Kelle, who wants to understand her “higher power” she learned about in her recovery & AA program. We pray, along with her mom and step-father, that You, Father God, will reveal Yourself to her & Your salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. Help Kelle to read & understand the Bible they gave her & be brought to faith & new life in Jesus. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, James has liver cancer and his wife, Virgie has had two surgeries for breast cancer, followed by a heart attack. Thank You, God, that both of them are better than they were. Please continue to restore these people who love You and grant them Your peace. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, Myrtle had surgery but the surgical team simply sewed her back up, stating, “there’s nothing we can do.” She then had a heart attack. Her husband, Harold, is being asked to take her off life support. Myrtle is an evangelist and they, along with their daughter, Donna, love You very much. They asked that we pray: “Thy will be done,” and we do, Lord. We commit Myrtle, Harold, Donna and all who love them to Your loving care. Reveal Yourself mightily and wonderfully to them. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for Your intervention in the lives of Kevin & Nicole & their marriage. We pray for Kevin’s sobriety & for him to come to the Lord. Protect their 4 children, who are negatively affected by their dad’s abusive behavior. Give these parents wisdom & courage to do the right thing. We pray for God’s Will. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we pray for Janelle who has breast cancer. Provide the BEST treatment possible. & bring her into remission. Come to her directly, Holy Spirit, touch her with the direct healing that can only come from God. Comfort her & all who love her. Reveal Yourself to them, especially to Janelle, and bring them Your peace. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Almighty God, we pray for Tom & Jennifer, who went to a marriage conference. We pray for Your intervention in their marriage & for them to implement the helpful information they received & to recommit to each other & their faith in God. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, Bill & Carol need the Lord Jesus. They need to be “born again” just as Jesus taught. Bring them to repentance & to peace with God. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and Your love; may their trust & faith in You grow. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for Pastor Ken, who is suffering from sciatica & it is lessening the quality of life for this man who loves You. Heal him, restore him and give him the joy of the Lord. May he continue to witness Your love to many. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we pray for Bob, who loves the Lord & is dying of cancer. We pray for Your Will, ease his pain, comfort him & his loved ones. We ask for his healing, whether in this life or deliver him wonderfully into Your arms of love. Let him know You are with him & are watching over him. May he feel Your presence intimately. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, Alicia’s mother has a brain injury & was diagnosed with cancer. We pray for her mother’s healing and that her family will be supportive with all that needs to be done. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Dear Lord, we pray for Pastor Paul and for the flock in Kenya You have entrusted to him. Keep them in holiness, in Your love & bring peace to their lives. Bless them & protect them. Open Your Word ever more to their understanding and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, as they seek to learn more of You and serve You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we pray for Tom & Jenni, who have struggled financially in their business for years & now face foreclosure in the next two weeks. Please guide, comfort & help them through this difficult process. They are trusting You for their future, we pray for Your Will for them & their family. Give them Your peace. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for Reyna, who has been diagnosed terminally ill. Help her, and if it is Your will, heal this lady. Please comfort her & her loved ones & give them the peace of God. Use her life to glorify Your Holy Name. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we pray for Judd, who is now bedridden & terminally ill. He is reasonably upset, so we pray that You will calm Judd, comfort & give him Your peace. We pray he will trust in the Lord fully and know Your healing touch. May Your Will be done. Amen.

Lord, we pray for Louise, who has cancer & scheduled for a hysterectomy. She's had a couple of falls & broken her ankle & hip. Please cause the surgery to go well, without complications. Heal her of cancer & restore her physically. Comfort & give her Your peace. May she know Your presence and love for her. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we pray for Israel, a Christian minister in India who needs Bibles & other materials for the people he serves. Keep him & his people in Your holiness & love and provide what they need. Help Israel in his service to You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for brother Paul in Nigeria, who has come to faith in Jesus Christ & has also led others to the Lord. They have formed together & need Bibles. Please be with them, protect them & provide for their every need. Thank You for the faith of these precious believers in Jesus Christ. Praise God! In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we pray for Richard, who has just received Jesus Christ as his Savior. Please help him, especially with the remorse he feels about what he has done in the past & wants to "make things right." Help him to grow in faith, to know Your peace & the Love of God which is in Christ Jesus. Guide him in word & deed according to Your Will. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for Robb, who is working to lose 100 lbs. Help him to stay disciplined with a healthy lifestyle & make the needed adjustments to lose the weight, exercise & enjoy a life that is pleasing to You. Guide & encourage him as he stays focused on his goal. May his faith in God grow in the process. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we thank You for James Peter in Nigeria, who has re-committed his heart and life to the Lord Jesus Christ. Please fill his life with the Bread of Life, our Risen Savior. Bless & keep him, cause him to grow in faith through the precious Word of God. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit & give him Your peace. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Lord, we pray for Trudie, who is recovering from brain tumor surgery. She is home now, her Aunt Amy is caring for her & her family for now. Bring Trudie safely through the healing process & into complete restoration. Comfort, encourage & provide for her, her husband Brent, their children & family members, as they assist with Trudie’s care. They are trusting in the Lord for everything. We pray for Your Will. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Almighty God, we pray for the new widows ministry starting at Cornerstone Church Long Beach. Please guide the leadership by Your Holy Spirit. May this sweet ministry help to provide comfort & support to those grieving the loss of a spouse. May they find healing from their loss, new purpose & walk closer with the Lord Jesus. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Lord, we continue to pray for Jeff, who has a reoccurrence of cancer after two liver resection surgeries. Strengthen him as he endures more chemotherapy treatment. We ask for a miracle healing for him. Comfort Jeff, his wife Eileen, their daughters & family as they trust in You for everything. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Father, we continue to pray for comfort & healing for those who have lost loved ones, including: Georjan’s family, Myra’s family & friends, the Lucero family, the Widows Helping Widows Ministry families, the New Hope Grief Support clients, Jeannie & her children, Cliff’s family, Barbara’s family, Betty’s family & friends, Bob & his family, Sara & her children, Patty, Steve, Jerry’s family, Mona’s family, Roseanne’s family, Susan’s family, Pastor Bob’s family, Tim’s family and Pastor Eric’s family.  Comfort them all & give them Your peace.  Provide in every way.  May they find deeper faith in YOU through their grief journey with healing & restored hope.  In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
